Backup codes
If you lose your phone or you've deleted your authentication app, you can use one of your backup codes to sign in. Use any code to sign in, but keep in mind that each code can only be used once. Your backup codes were provided at the time you set up 2FA. To verify your identity, instead of entering the code from your authenticator app, click on "Try another method", select "Use a backup code", and follow the instructions to log in.
Locked out?
If you got a new phone or don't have access to your backup codes, you can ask a organization admin or owner to manually disable 2FA for your account.

What if I lose my phone or verification device?
When you first set up 2-step verification, you will receive a set of six backup text codes. You can use these codes to access your account in the event that you lose your verification device. Each backup code can only be used once. To verify your identity, instead of entering the code from your authenticator app, click on "Try another method", select "Use a backup code", and follow the instructions to log in.
If you lose access to your backup codes, contact your organization admin or owner to manually disable 2FA for your account. Provide them with the instructions under "Troubleshoot 2FA."
