Tape

You can update your profile image, change your email address, set another time zone, and much more preferences.

Hover over to the top right of your screen and click on your profile image

Hover over to the middle of the profile image and click on <code>Add photo</code>

Click <code>Save</code> at the top right of the menu to save your changes

- Hover over to the top right of your screen and click on your profile image
- Click on <code>Profile</code>
- Tap on <code>Edit profile</code>
- Hover over to the middle of the profile image and click on <code>Add photo</code>
- Choose the photo you want and upload it
- Click <code>Save</code> at the top right of the menu to save your changes

- Full or display name
- Your job
- Time zone
- Phone number
- Location
- Website

- Hover over to the top right of your screen and click on your profile image
- Click on <code>Profile</code>
- Tap on <code>Edit profile</code>
- Change your:
 - Full or display name
 - Your job
 - Time zone
 - Phone number
 - Location
 - Website
- Click <code>Save</code> at the top right of the menu to save your changes

Tap on <code>@ Email address</code> in the dropdown of <code>Account</code> in the left sidebar

Fill in your <code>New email address</code>

Enter your current password for confirmation and click on <code>Next</code> at the top right of the menu

You'll receive an email with a verification code at the new address

Copy the verification code sent to your new email address, paste it into Tape and click on <code>Next</code>

Your email address will be successfully changed

- Hover over to the top right of your screen and click on your profile image
- Click on<code> Preferences</code>
- Tap on <code>@ Email address</code> in the dropdown of <code>Account</code> in the left sidebar
- Fill in your <code>New email address</code>
- Enter your current password for confirmation and click on <code>Next</code> at the top right of the menu
- You'll receive an email with a verification code at the new address
- Copy the verification code sent to your new email address, paste it into Tape and click on <code>Next</code>
- Your email address will be successfully changed

Tap on <code>Password</code> in the dropdown of <code>Account</code> in the left sidebar

Enter your <code>Current password</code>

Define a <code>New password</code> and <code>Confirm password</code>

- Hover over to the top right of your screen and click on your profile image
- Click on <code>Preferences</code>
- Tap on <code>Password</code> in the dropdown of <code>Account</code> in the left sidebar
- Enter your <code>Current password</code>
- Define a <code>New password</code> and <code>Confirm password</code>
- Click <code>Save</code> at the top right of the menu to save your changes

Tap on <code>Language and format</code> in the dropdown of <code>Account</code> in the left sidebar

- <code>Language</code> - (Currently English and German)
- <code>Time zone</code> - From Midway island to Kiritimati Island, we have them all
- <code>Date format</code> and others such as <code>Time format</code>, <code>First weekday</code>, or <code>Decimal symbol</code>

- Hover over to the top right of your screen and click on your profile image
- Click on <code>Preferences</code>
- Tap on <code>Language and format</code> in the dropdown of <code>Account</code> in the left sidebar
- Change your:
 - <code>Language</code> - (Currently English and German)
 - <code>Time zone</code> - From Midway island to Kiritimati Island, we have them all
 - <code>Date format</code> and others such as <code>Time format</code>, <code>First weekday</code>, or <code>Decimal symbol</code>
- All changes will be saved automatically

Change your desktop and email notifications

Tap on <code>Notifications</code> in the left sidebar

Toggle the displayed notification options on or off:

- <code>Desktop notifications</code> - Get notifications when you’re not on Tape
- <code>Email notifications</code> - Get email updates for notifications and direct messages when you’re away

- Hover over to the top right of your screen and click on your profile image
- Click on <code>Preferences</code>
- Tap on <code>Notifications</code> in the left sidebar
- Toggle the displayed notification options on or off:
 - <code>Desktop notifications</code> - Get notifications when you’re not on Tape
 - <code>Email notifications</code> - Get email updates for notifications and direct messages when you’re away
